ข้อปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับซัพพลายเออร์
Workplace Safety Regulations for Suppliers

1. ซัพพลายเออร์ต้องแลกบัตรและติดบัตร Visitor ทุกครั้งที่เข้าเขตโรงงาน
   Suppliers must exchange their ID and wear a Subcontractor badge at all times they enter the factory area.
2. เมื่อเข้าทำงานในเขตบริษัท ซัพพลายเออร์ต้องแต่งกายให้รัดกุมเหมาะสมและสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เน็ทคลุมผม หมวกนิรภัย และรองเท้านิรภัย โดยทางซัพพลายเออร์จะต้องจัดเตรียมมาเองทุกครั้ง ห้ามซัพพลายเออร์สวมใส่เสื้อกล้าม กางเกงขาสั้น รองเท้าแตะ หรือแต่งกายไม่สุภาพเข้าในเขตบริษัทโดยเด็ดขาด
   Suppliers must wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment (hair net, safety helmet, and safety shoes) provided by themselves. Tank tops, shorts, sandals, or inappropriate attire are not allowed on company premises.
3. ก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยระดับหัวหน้างานหรือผู้ควบคุมงานในแผนกนั้นๆ จะต้องตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยก่อนทุกครั้ง เช่น ตรวจเช็คพื้นที่การทำงาน ติดป้ายชี้บ่งอยู่ระหว่างการซ่อม และตรวจสอบการแต่งกายของซัพพลายเออร์ถูกหรือไม่ หากการแต่งกายไม่ถูกต้องให้แจ้งซัพพลายเออร์ไปจัดเตรียมให้ถูกต้อง แล้วค่อยอนุญาตให้เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
   Before starting any work, the safety officer at the supervisor level or the supervisor of the department must conduct a safety inspection every time. This includes checking the work area, placing signs indicating that maintenance is in progress, and verifying that the supplier's attire and PPE are correct. If the supplier's attire is not appropriate, they must be instructed to correct it before being allowed to begin work.
4. ทำงานบนที่สูงจะต้องใช้เข็มขัดนิรภัยแบบเต็มตัวยึดกับส่วนโครงสร้างที่มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง กรณีทำงานบนที่สูงเกิน 2 เมตรจะต้องติดตั้งนั่งร้าน และกรณีสูงเกิน 3 เมตรขึ้นไป นั่งร้านต้องมีราวกันตกเป็นต้น
   When working at heights, a full-body safety harness must be used and secured to a stable and solid structure. For work conducted at heights over 2 meters, scaffolding must be installed. For heights over 3 meters, the scaffolding must be equipped with guardrails, and additional safety measures must be applied as required.
5. หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุขึ้นขณะทำงาน ให้รายงานผู้ควบคุมงานในพื้นที่และแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานทราบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงด้วยวาจา และจัดทำรายงานการเกิดอุบัติเหตุเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ภายหลังดำเนินการสอบสวนหาสาเหตุและดำเนินการแก้ไขป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
   In case of a work-related accident, report immediately to the on-site supervisor and Safety Officer within 24 hours verbally, and submit a written accident report. Investigate the cause and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. กรณีที่ปฏิบัติงานในบริษัทฯ แล้วมีสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุดังขึ้น ต้องหยุดการปฏิบัติงานทันทีและให้ไปรวมตัวที่ปลอดภัย (จุดรวมพล) ด้านหน้าอาคารสำนักงาน
   In the event that an alarm is activated while working in the company, all work must be stopped immediately, and personnel must proceed to the safe assembly point located in front of the office building.
7. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในเขตโรงงานยกเว้นพื้นที่ที่จัดให้ (ทางเข้าพนักงาน, ประตูกลาง) และห้ามจุดหรือก่อกองไฟภายในเขตโรงงานยกเว้นพื้นที่ที่จัดให้เท่านั้น
   Smoking is prohibited in all factory areas except in designated smoking zones (employee entrance and central gate). Lighting or making any kind of fire is also prohibited within the factory premises except in designated areas only.
8. ห้ามพกอาวุธทุกชนิดเข้าเขตบริษัทฯ และห้ามก่อเหตุทะเลาะวิวาทภายในเขตโรงงานเด็ดขาด
   Carrying any type of weapon into the company premises is strictly prohibited, and any form of fighting or physical altercation within the factory area is absolutely prohibited.
9. ห้ามดื่มของมึนเมา ห้ามเสพยาเสพติด และห้ามเล่นการพนันในเขตโรงงานเด็ดขาด
   Consumption of alcoholic beverages, use of illegal drugs, and gambling are strictly prohibited within the factory premises.
10. ห้ามนำอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มเข้าในพื้นที่ผลิตโดยเด็ดขาด
    Bringing food or beverages into the production area is strictly prohibited.
